The development is located in The Beylikduzu area of Istanbul. It is close to the E5 motorway only  5 minutes from Metrobus station and near the by pass to the E6 motorway. It is within easy walking distance to the Metro and a number of  large shopping centres. Nearby 2kms along the bypass road is one of the local major industrial zones.

Within 15 minutes there are an additional four other universities. There are also three major medical centres including Medicana which can be easily walked to. The beach of Mimarsinon is around a 10 minute drive. Ataturk airport is 20 minutes away. The new third airport is also about the same distance away. Close by is the main Tuyap exhibition centre.
